Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fluid form of yoga that connects movement with breath. In Vinyasa, each movement is synchronized with an inhale or exhale, creating a seamless flow from one asana (posture) to the next. This practice encourages us to stay present and mindful, focusing our attention on the sensations in the body and the rhythm of the breath.
Vinyasa is often described as a “moving meditation” because it brings a sense of mindfulness and balance to the body and mind. The transitions between asanas are as important as the postures themselves, and the fluidity of the practice helps release tension, improve strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Each class is unique, with different sequences designed to energize and refresh both the body and the mind.
From May 8th, Paulina will teach Vinyasa Yoga on Thursdays from 18h45-20h00.

Yoga for Paulina:
“Yoga has taught me to observe my body and mind. It is like therapy for me – helping me in difficult moments but also in everyday life. I am learning balance, not just on the mat, but also off it, because this is what yoga does – it influences every aspect of our life. Over time, with mindful practice, we begin to notice how our thoughts, relationships, and surroundings begin to change.
I think this is what I love most about yoga – it teaches us not to cling to places, people, or things. Everything flows, and we should flow with it – flow.”
