My journey with yoga began in 2015 in Poland. After my first practice, I knew this was what I had been searching for all along. Under the guidance of wonderful teachers, I started to dive into Vinyasa Yoga in my hometown Poznań.
For the first few years, I practiced Ashtanga Yoga – a dynamic style that strengthened both my body and mind. During this time, I also participated in numerous workshops with various teachers to expand my knowledge and experience.
In 2018, I moved to the Netherlands, and my practice changed significantly. I began practicing on my own at home, which led me to a more spontaneous, intuitive practice – Vinyasa.I listen to what my body needs in the moment and follow that. Sometimes I also attend classes at different yoga schools to experience the energy that flows from teachers and groups, and I also practice with teachers online.
In 2025, I fulfilled one of my dreams by traveling to India for a month to complete a 200-hour teacher training course in Vinyasa Yoga. I spent an incredible time in Rishikesh at Vinyasa Yogashala, practicing under the guidance of experienced and passionate teachers.
I teach Vinyasa Yoga on Thursdays from 18h45 -20h00.
